On today’s episode of The CashPT Lunch Hour, Aaron talks with Irene Diamond.  Irene developed Active Myofascial Therapy (AMT).  Irene got her degree in rehab therapy after she broke her neck at the age of 15 falling off the shoulders of her acrobatic partner and was in complete paralysis. In her practice, Irene helps her patients understand that they can not guarantee the will be 100% by the time they are finished with their sessions, but that her practice makes it very clear on what they can help their patients achieve.

In this episode of The CashPT Lunch Hour I interview Dr. Derek Nielsen, who is the 1st physical therapist I've hired at our practice and who is also our CashPT Resident. I started preparing to hire a second physical therapist in our practice about two years ago. I was at maximum capacity for treating patients myself, had quite a long wait list and wanted to take a new direction with my personal focus and transition from treating patients 5 days a week to helping other physical therapists grow their own businesses. Hiring other therapists and people to run the systems I've set up in my practice is how I am going to make the biggest impact in the world both for patients who need PT and not opioids or surgery and for passionate physical therapists who want to be able to spend quality time with their patients.
